Koa Pancake House
In 1988, husband and wife, Il Man and Sam Soon Chung opened up their very first dine-in breakfast and lunch restaurant on O’ahu. Designed from Hawaiian Koa, one of the finest textured woods in world, the first Koa Pancake House was born.
To expand the brand, the Chungs’ decided to open up a second location in 2001, to provide a fast casual dining experience. Since then, six Koa Pancake Houses have been opened across the island, proudly serving traditional breakfast and lunch plates.
